Helping Children
Children are wonderfully imaginative, and therefore very receptive to the magical storytelling that is the special form of hypnosis I use with the youngest children.
It is far healthier to nip a small niggle in the bud, rather than allowing it to develop into a major problem which could impact on the child - and their family, possibly - for years to come.
Other children simply need a boost to help them be better than they currently are at something.
Particular childhood and teenage problems include:

I work with children and teenagers from the ages of 7 to 16 years.
Children need to be able to speak freely and honestly without feeling they are being blamed or judged. This is often something they are unable to do with their families for fear of causing upset or anger. Because it is inhibiting for most children - especially teenagers - to have a parent (or other adult) sitting in on the session, all sessions conducted with the under 16s are conducted in privacy on a one-to-one basis, and are digitally recorded. A copy of the recording is provided on CD for the parent or carer upon request.
Please note: Parents and/or carers are very welcome to bring the child to meet me before committing to any kind of assistance. Adults need to be confident in my professionalism, my understanding of the child's issue or problem, and my ability to help; the child needs to feel comfortable being with me in my workplace.
